Policy
50% of the total rate is paid at the time of booking, while the remaining 50% is paid upon arrival at the hotel.
If you wish to cancel your reservation up to 60 days before the arrival date, you are entitled to a full refund of the deposit.
If the cancellation is made within 60 days prior to arrival, you are required to pay the full amount of the reservation.
The reservation cannot be transferred to another period.
Pet Policy: Prior notification is required. Pet accommodation is subject to availability in designated apartment types and may incur an additional charge.
